PROGRAM
11:00 am – Reception in Giethoorn
Reception with coffee or tea and speculaas
11:45 am – 1-hour canal cruise with guide
After you finish your coffee/tea, you board the canal cruise boat to enjoy a relaxing cruise. During this cruise, you sail through the village of Giethoorn and also through the nature reserve “de Wieden”. Along the way, you are accompanied by an expert guide who tells you about the village and the flora and fauna.
12:45 pm – Bike tour with picnic
After the cruise, the bike is ready for you. Together with the picnic wrapped in a farmer’s handkerchief and a beautiful cycling route, you set off. After cycling a bit, you choose a nice spot and enjoy the extensive picnic. Everything has been thought of; ham sandwich and cheese sandwich, currant bun, drinks, chicken salad, fruit and a candy bar.
5:00 pm – 3-course Dinner
Once back from the bike tour, you can enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner. How about a soup to start, followed by a schnitzel or whiting fillet and vanilla ice cream with fruits and whipped cream for dessert?
